Room was clean and spacious with a nice balcony view. the staff was helpful and friendly. It was located near some local restaurants that had amazing food. There were some good craft and souvenir shops within walking distance.
The location near the beach is not good for business trips. the noise level from the beach made it difficult to focus on work.

The stay was absolutely great. A kitchen was included. Free Wi-Fi was a pleasant addition. Unique base for a vacation in Playa del Carmen

The hotel has a great location, very close to the beach, which is just a few minutes' walk away. the room is spacious and clean, with a nice balcony and a safe. the staff is friendly and lovely, and the breakfast is good. it’s a great place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and have a quiet time.
The location of the hotel may not be ideal for those who want to be close to downtown and tourist attractions.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Best aspects were its proximity to the beach, clean facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel is located very close to the beach, making it very easy to enjoy the sun and sand. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home.
No negatives from this place. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The room was well equipped with a lovely view of the ocean. It was spacious, quiet and well-maintained. The breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic and the staff were very hospitable. the hotel was located just a short walk from the amazing white sand beach which was absolutely stunning.
The location was not convenient enough to where we wanted to go and getting a taxi was a pricey affair. The area around the hotel is sketchy and doesn't feel safe to walk around at night.
